Dr.Veronika von Heise-Rotenburg

Dr. Veronika von Heise-Rotenburg is CFO and Managing Director of the phone-as-a-service provider everphone, where she is responsible for Finance, Legal, People&Culture.
After studying law and economics and a start of her career at McKinsey, she worked in automotive banking/leasing and joined German auto subscription startup Cluno in 2018 as CFO and later Managing Director. After the acquisition by Cazoo in 2021, she led Accounting, Controlling, Refinancing, Legal and Financial Technology in the German and French companies, introducing among others the Cazoo business model in both countries. Since 2012, she has been a guest lecturer at universities and holds seminars for Management Circle, Forum Institut and Akademie Heidelberg, among others. She is also a member of the supervisory board of PROJECT Group, a provider of real estate funds, and a speaker for several organisations.
