Rohan Farooq

I am an experienced business professional with extensive expertise in sales, marketing, and ad tech. At the age of 24, I launched my first start-up in the EV-space for Germany. Since then I have specialized in helping companies grow their revenue by identifying new business opportunities, implementing business strategies, and establishing strategic partnerships. In 2018 I was responsible for developing and growing a completely new business unit within one of DACH'ss hidden champs in the HR-marketing space. Due to the successful implementation of high growth strategies, the unit became profitable within a year. I have also been a speaker at multiple events, such as the OMR, TalentPro & ZKP where I talked about the benefits of using attribution modelling for recruiting.
