Nawres Caman is a leadership, sales and change management expert who uses her experience and knowledge to help individuals and organizations achieve transformational and sustained growth. She became the group CEO of a Management Consulting firm in Sweden at age 24 where she was responsible for 9 portfolio companies with a total of 110 employees. She then became the Head of Global Sales at a market research industry leader serving mainly Fortune 500 companies.

Nawres is passionate about developing young talent, promoting gender equality, women empowerment, diversity and inclusion. She sees it as her mission to pave the way for more female leaders in the future and she speaks about women empowerment using her personal experience to tell stories that resonate with women around the world. As a champion of diversity and inclusion she helps leaders spot unconscious bias and take practical steps for a more inclusive and diverse workforce.
