Hi, I'm Florian. My passion is Digital Transformation and Agility. Over the last years, I've built up several Engineering Teams. I was the Head of Engineering Europe @ BCG Digital Ventures, Head of Engineering @ Oetker Digital as well as CTO in several Startups, building up their international Engineering Teams while being responsible for projects like joinCoup or backen.de. Working with Corporates like Bosch, Renault-Nissan, Allianz and many more. My background reaches from Gaming through SAAS B2B to E-Commerce.

I advise several Startups is Berlin, giving guidance on Team Buildup, Structure, Culture, Software Architecture and Agility. Currently, I'm working as an interim CTO, helping companies in need.
