People have always been her passion. Already as a child, Claudia loved bringing people together, motivating them and planning and implementing things together. She was always coming up with new projects that she implemented together with friends. And if there was something to be earned from it, even better. “My first business project we did, when I was around five years old. We sold “Grüne Sauce” (speciality from Hesse) on the roadside in Frankfurt. It was just grass, of course, that we plucked out of the garden. But it financed our first sweets”. 🍭🍬🍿
"At the age of 10 we were already more efficient. Together with friends we made and painted cairns and sold them with a professional stand. We donated the money to the zoo at the time. I felt so sorry for the monkeys back then, as they lived in their narrow cages. "
A lot of time has passed since then, but ultimately Claudia does the same thing today as she did back then. Only the projects have gotten bigger. After studying business administration with a focus on marketing / communication, Claudia worked at the Institute for Marketing and Communication at Düsseldorf University. Afterwards, she worked as a consultant for over 15 years at international top 10 network agencies, most recently in executive positions. During this time she also worked in New York and Geneva.
Claudia Böhnert has been the owner and managing director of Courage strategy consulting for marketing and PR since 2010. Together with her team, she advises well-known law firms and companies in the areas of strategic marketing, communication, social media and advertising - nationally and internationally (www.couragecomm.de).
For some time she was volunteer as Vice-President of the American-German Business Club in Frankfurt. LADY MIT MISSION was the headline of a national newspaper which did a portray about her. Due to time constraints and because her own company fully challenged her, she is only active as a guest today.
